One Stop San Francisco is a partnership between public and nonprofit agencies that together provide the most complete collection of resources for people with employment-related needs (i.e. businesses, community agencies, and job seekers.) Our satellite One Stop locations on 3120 Mission St and 1800 Oakdale Street, are staffed and include a seamless array of workforce services, free job search assistance, case management, job training, recruitment, placement and retention services.

The Homeless Employment Collaborative (HEC) is a collaborative of ten community-based nonprofit organizations.  The purpose of each HEC agency is to provide comprehensive and coordinated job training and placement program for San Francisco's Homeless population.  As part of HEC, Arriba Juntos offers the Automated Office skills computer training and job placement.  The collaborative consists of Arriba Juntos, Catholic Charities, Central City Hospitality House, Community Housing Partnership, Episcopal Community Services Skills Center, Goodwill Industries, Mission Hiring Hall, Northern California Service League, Swords to Plowshares, and Toolworks, Inc.

The English as a Second Language/Vocational Immersion Program (ESL/VIP) is a joint program of the San Francisco Department of Human Services (DHS), City College of San Francisco (CCSF), Arriba Juntos, and Catholic Charities that began in 2000.  The goal of the program is to offer intensive vocational English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction and workplace culture to CalWORKS and PAES participants in order to obtain and advance in employment.  Arriba Juntos offers individualized, culturally sensitive case management services and placement assistance to VIP participants.

The Mission Community Response Network (MCRN) is a collaborative comprised of three culturally specific teams led by three partnering agencies, Arriba Juntos, Ella Hill Hutch Community Center and the Community Youth Center. The MCRN is designed to reduce street level violence in the Mission, Western Addition, and SOMA/Tenderloin areas by providing mid-week and late night street outreach, family support/aftercare services through a 24 hour crisis responders. Both community centers agree to strengthen and empower youth and their families by providing a whole range of supportive services.

Wells Fargo Bank, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Arriba Juntos established a partnership to support the Technology Center for Youth and Adults located at Arriba Juntos.  Its purpose is to provide the community with better tools to effectively compete in the marketplace.  The center includes computers with internet access and technology resources.

The San Francisco Foundation - For more than 60 years, SFF has been an incubator for community investment, original ideas, and passionate leadership. Learn about their origins and vision for the future at http://www.sff.org.

For the past 11 years, Glide has provided daily free brown bag lunches for our program participants. Glide, is the only program in town that provides three nutritious meals to the city’s poor, homeless and hungry 364 days of the year. Their meals are regularly monitored by a licensed nutritionist who advises program management on menu planning and content.

In order to support unemployed and homeless individuals in their search for employment, Arriba Juntos partners with Working Essentials to provide them with free personal hygiene items used to prepare for job interviews. Working Essentials is the only organization that solicits, picks up and coordinates distribution of "essential items" on behalf of the agencies served, absolutely free of charge, saving these agencies both time and money.

In collaboration with the San Francisco Food Bank, Arriba Juntos has been distributing free groceries to more than 800 low-income individuals each week since 2004.
