Arriba Juntos ("AJ") is a non-profit employment and training organization that was founded in 1965 by Leandro Soto, Herman Gallegos and James McAllister.  We are dedicated to promoting economic self-sufficiency for San Franciscans and their families through occupational training and employment opportunities. 

 

Every year we assist and support thousands of families and individuals through our occupational trainings, and employment and supportive services.  The preparation and support we provide help our clients move from a state of dependency to a high level of productivity by advancing their educational and professional prospects.
